The Daily Notes -- August 29, 1911 MEMORIAL FOR THE DEAD IS SUGGESTED
It as been suggested that union memorial services for the victims of the Opera House tragedy be held in one of the churches in the afternoon of the coming Lord's Day, and in case one church would not accommodate the people, a second could be opened up. It would appear that services of this kind should be held. With regard to the date, if the coming Sabbath is not most convenient, a later date can be selected. Let the pastors get together at their convenience and discuss the matter, and if they think favorably of it, arrange for time and place.
